En acceptant les présentes Conditions ou en continuant à utiliser les Services, vous acceptez d’être lié par le Stripe Services Agreement concernant les services de paiement, celui-ci pouvant occasionnellement faire l’objet de modifications de la part de Stripe. Par conséquent, vous acceptez de nous fournir des informations précises et complètes sur vous et votre activité, et vous nous autorisez à partager ces informations ainsi que celles concernant les transactions effectuées via la solution de paiement fournie par Stripe.
4.4. Nous nous réservons le droit de résilier un accord conclu avec vous conformément à la clause 8 ci-dessous, ou de suspendre votre accès au site Web si :

6.3. Ces conditions financières peuvent être modifiées par nous à tout moment. Nous vous informerons de toute nouvelle condition financière. Cette notification pourra être envoyée par e-mail au moins un (1) mois avant l'entrée en vigueur des nouvelles conditions financières.
6.4. Vous reconnaissez que les services de traitement des paiements fournis par Stripe sont soumis à des frais de commissionnement dus à Stripe en vertu du contrat de service Stripe.
7. Modalités de Paiement
7.1. Les conditions de paiement des Services sont régies par la section Conditions financières – Modalités de paiement des Conditions générales de vente et d'utilisation de LaFourchette/TheFork.
8. Durée
8.1. Les Services sont conclus soit pour une durée minimale telle que mentionnée sur le bon de commande puis renouvelés automatiquement pour une durée indéterminée, soit pour une durée indéterminée si aucune durée minimale n'a été mentionnée sur le bon de commande (« Durée »). 11.1.7. Impossibilité d'utiliser les chemins de fer, la navigation, les avions, les transports routiers ou d'autres moyens de transport publics ou privés ;
11.1.8. Lois, décrets, lois, règlements ou restrictions de tout gouvernement ;
11.1.9. Toute autre cause considérée comme un évènement de Force Majeure par les juridictions du droit applicable.
11.2. Nos Services seront réputés suspendue pendant la période de survenance de l'événement de Force Majeure, et nous disposerons d'une prolongation du délai d'exécution pour la durée de cette période. This also applies, where appropriate and subject to clause 11.4, to items that are available to be downloaded. However, you will no longer have a right to cancel if, with your agreement, we have already commenced providing the Services to you before this period of time expires. We shall be deemed to have already commenced providing the Services, in circumstances where you have already downloaded products or materials that we made available to you, from the Website.
11.2.2. 11.3. Cancelling ongoing Services
11.3.1. Some of the Services that we provide are available for either a fixed period or unspecified period of time (such as Short term use of EasyPreOrders where agreed, ). In this clause these Services are referred to respectively as 'Ongoing Fixed Term Services' and 'Ongoing Non-Fixed Term Services'.
11.3.2. You are entitled to cancel your Contract for any Recurrent Fixed Term Services and Recurrent Non-Fixed Term Services that you have purchased and obtain a refund within 14 working days from the date of the Confirmation Notice. This also applies, where appropriate, and subject to clause 11.4, to items that are available to be downloaded.
11.3.3. You will no longer have a right to cancel any Ongoing Fixed Term Services if, with your agreement, we have already commenced providing this service to you within 14 working days from the date of the Confirmation Notice. We shall be deemed to have already commenced providing the Ongoing Fixed Term Services, in circumstances where you have already downloaded products or materials that we made available to you from the Website.
11.3.4. In these circumstances you cannot cancel the Contract for any Ongoing Fixed Term Services until the end of the Minimum Duration (even where the Minimum Duration is more than one year) and you will not be entitled to a refund.
11.3.5. Although you may notify us of your intention to cancel an Ongoing Fixed Term Services at any time, such notice will only take effect after the Minimum Duration has elapsed. 11.4. Exception to the right to cancel
